IRVING, Texas -- Walt Anderson will be the referee for Sunday’s game between the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders at AT&T Stadium. The Cowboys' lone accepted penalty was a roughing-the-passer call on Jason Hatcher on the Commanders’ final touchdown drive that made it 28-18.
