espn on the clock

Kiper will throw every possible scenario out there; doing so guarantees that you were right at least once.

"The Cowboys could be in the market for a ballhawk to join Roy Williams in the secondary - but don't be surprised if they end up looking to the offensive side of things and select someone like Robert Meacham out of Tennessee, Dwayne Bowe from LSU or even address their offensive line with Ben Grubbs out of Auburn, Justin Blalock or perhaps something involving 'back' like running back, linebacker, defensive back, quarterback, or tight end... back."

Its like one of my African-American college professor once said...

When the cops where looking for a black guy for committing a crime, they would look for someone between 5 feet tall and 7'8, 100 pounds to 350 pounds, some hair, 2 eyes, 2 arms, 2 legs, etc.

The man was hilarious, my coolest professor ever.

Question for ya - who the hell really cares what ESPN or Kiper say a month before the draft?

if you're interested in watching this, go to www.espn.com and its the third link down on the video section on the home page...

Thanks, that was good... I saw the segment at a restaurant, so I couldn't hear the sound.

But what the web version didn't show was the footage of Meachem. It was just a few plays, but it was the most I've seen of him yet, and he did look good. On one play I'm fairly sure he was beating Chris Houston for a TD.

Considering the quality at WR in this years draft I would love to see Dallas grab one. As for safety I think that is still possible, Dallas signed Hamlin to a 1 year deal it is not as if that is a ringing endorsement of Hamlin skills, he is basically getting a chance to shot to get his career back on track. Main thing Dallas needs to stick to their draft board.
