I know we hate to loose but, If the cowboys were to make it to the superbowl and loose i would be so proud of this young team....Could we really be mad at that???

I don't think that will happen. They know they gave away the last game vs. NE and we will (hopefully) have all the defense in there this time, plus Tank Johnson and hopefully Terry Glenn as well - it will be a Super Bowl to remember and a record 6th win for the Cowboys.

You've summed up my hopes and thoughts exactly. The icing on the cake will be if New England comes in undefeated and we totally destroy their entire season at the last very second.

Oh me.

I'd be so pleased.

If that happened, It would be my favorite moment in the entire history of the Dallas Cowboys.

Sheer, utter, deliciousness.

Think about it, what if Romo leads a last minute drive , enabling Folk to hit the game winner from 54 yards out as time expires for a 24-23 win? About the closest thing to Heaven on Earth.

I hear they wear a single rectangular piece of cloth.

I hear the Loins may play "bump and run" coverage in that game, which could neutralize our WRs.:D

Another example of the ESPN hate and bias against the Cowboys 14-2 and the SB those dirty dogs. :lmao:

If we make it to the super bowl and lose, it would depend on the way we lose. If we come a few plays short, I will definitely be upset.

But if it's clear that the AFC team is superior, I'm not going to cry about it.

As long as we are healthy in the SB, Brady will NOT be facing a vulnerable secondary.

One of the worst pieces of crap I've ever seen ESPN put out. It's basically a who would be in the playoffs (and what they'd be seeded) if it started today. Then goes on to predict the playoff games with the team with the best record always beating the team with the worse record (with the exception of Dallas vs. GB, where they predict Green Bay to have the inferior record and lose). It's the way I'd predict things if I had no other information than current records.

Granted it means nothing. But it sure is nice to hear people talking about us being the best team in the NFC instead of us possibly getting a WC spot.

I don't want to lose the SB or any other time. But I do enjoy us being 7-1, league favorites, beating the crap out of Philly, yada, yada, and yada.

The one team in the NFC that I would worry about the most would be the Aints. Sure their 4-4, but if they get their offense rolling like it has these last games...they'd be a VERY tought match up for us.

if there was a rematch do they not think dallas still remembers that pats game. a rolling dallas with the pats the way they played would probably be the best game. i dont know i liked his outcomes until he said matt hasselbeck and the giants will beat that seahawk defense

As a huge Warriors fan, I loved reading the last few posts. We own the Mavs. :) I wonder if Dirk still sees Stephen Jackson in his nightmares.

But yeah, nothing would upset me more than the Cowboys losing in the Super Bowl. To make it all the way there, then to come up 1 game short... maybe a couple plays short... ugh.

And there's no guarantee you'll ever make it back anytime soon. Look at the Bears... the "Super Bowl hang-over" is very, very real.

I've never seen a team make everything and anything they threw up in a series. Including two 1/2 court shots :(

I think you're a little miffed because there's no mention of the skins:D

How's that chart coming along that you mentioned in the offseason?
