Is this official...I looked over at ES and am not seeing the news. Maybe they have just not heard it.

That tells me that none of the Foreskin lurkers have been trolling around here yet today.

I heard that as well but could not figure it out.

I was under the impression that when there were trade talks going that Briggs agent and the Skins basically had a deal in place.

However with the media today and speculation being more important to them than actual news...who knows.

I think the issue relates to timing is due to having to send the trade to the NFL offices for approval before the trade is consumated.

Can't they make it a 2 part trade, i.e. trade 1) wash 6th for Chi 31st, and trade 2) Briggs for Marshall. That way they can do trade 1 on draft day, and submit trade 2 to NFL offices and have it consumated on Monday.

Not sure what the Skins are doing here. I thought they would trade that 6 for more picks. They need draft choices but I guess they really mean to go after big names and deals.

Dang, if they then make a deal with Cleveland to swap, we may literally lose our chances at AD. I see it as a lock that Quinn goes to Cleveland, but if the Bear's have something up their sleeve the UPS Trucks might just settle for Peterson instead. I hate the Browns!

If they make this trade, and Quinn is there, that's who they will take. And the skins will have passed on Quinn and are stuck with Campbell. :laugh2:
