IRVING, Texas -- On Thursday, Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said he hopes he has his work cut out for him in the offseason when trying to keep some of the team's integral free agents to-be. The most talked about have been wide receiver Dez Bryant and running back DeMarco Murray, who leads the NFL with 785 yards rushing. But the Cowboys' leading tackler, Rolando McClain, is also in the final year of his deal and looking at unrestricted free agency after the season.
