IRVING, Texas – For years few things riled up some Dallas Cowboys fans than seeing Tony Romo play so much golf. A second back surgery in eight months will once again limit Romo’s offseason golf and will force Jordan Spieth to find a new partner at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. According to the Associated Press, country singer Jake Owen could be Spieth’s partner in 2014.
