IRVING, Texas -- Among the $3.633 million the Dallas Cowboys will dish out on the NFL’s performance-based pay system, 12 players have earned more than $100,000, led by left guard Ronald Leary and safety J.J. Wilcox. The system rewards players with low base salaries and high play-time percentages from the previous season. The money does not count against the salary cap. Leary, who started 15 games, will receive a check worth $286,812.61 after earning a base salary of $495,000 in 2014.Continue reading...
