Just putting it out there, I know it doesn’t mean a thing but 8 out of 10 so called "Experts" pick the Eagles to beat the Cowboys.
I like it, I`d rather be the underdog.

Me too. I prefer it when they overlook us.

Im gonna tell you why these reporters don`t know what they`re talking about when it comes to how good the eagles are. Alright look at the teams they won against Carolina, Kansas City, Washington, Tampa Bay, and New York. New York is the only team with a win percentage higher than .5. They lost to OAKLAND, and New Orleans. Oakland has been absoltely horendess by all means and yes New Orleans I believe is the best team in thw league. Now lets look at the New Orleans game, the Eagles were demolished by the saints they lost by 26 points. Where as the Atlanta Falcons the last team to play the saints only lost by 8 points. I mentioned this because the Cowboys beat the falcons by 16 POINTS. Now to wrap this up I`m gonna talk about the actual facts about the teams that the broadcasters and analysits seem to have forgotten about. The Eaagles average 29 points per game where as the boys only average 28.1, the boys average a woppinf 411.1 yardds per game which renks 2nd in the NFL Where as the Eagles average a mere 341.1 yards per game. Everyone is worried about brian westbrook correct well I am as well but the Eagles only average 114.6 yards per game where the Cowboys average 147.6 yards. So statistically the boys are better and I think the win against atlanta pulled us ahead of the eagles. Sure you can say statistics mean nothing but just call drew brees.

Not too surprising, I figured they would go with the home team.

If i had to put money on a pick for the game, i'd pick Philly too. I believe we can win this game but i don't think we will.
@ Philly is a tough game i put a L next to that the minute i first saw the schedule

Should Dallas win, this thread should become very popular following the game.

I don't listen to those mediots. I pay more attention to what Accuscore says:

On paper these are two very similar teams with dynamic, young WRs and hot QBs. The Cowboys have the edge in the running game and if Dallas averages over 5 ypc the Cowboys are the 63 percent favorite. However, if the Eagles hold the Cowboys to under 4 ypc Philadelphia is the heavy 70 percent favorite. Donovan McNabb is projected to have an excellent game with 2 TDs and 250 yards passing. If Dallas can do what the Giants could not do which is sack McNabb 4 or more times Dallas is favored winning 56 percent of these simulations.

AccuScore has powered more than 10,000 simulations for every NFL game for ESPN.com, each simulated one play at a time and minimum of 10,000 times. For more, visit AccuScore.
