IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys linebacker Bruce Carter was taken out of the lineup Sunday against the San Diego Chargers not just for poor play but also a slight foot injury. “That’s something we heard about in the second half of the game,” coach Jason Garrett said. But the coach was clearly displeased with Carter’s performance. He was beaten by Chargers running back Danny Woodhead for two touchdowns and had other struggles in coverage.
