News: ESPN: Sources: Panthers tried to sign ex-Cowboy Smith

They’re trying to sign everyone with 2 arms and 2 legs

Jaylon was a bargain. We have our doubters, but he's well worth the $770k GB spent on him.

Jaylon was not worth the $9M guarantee for injury. Jaylon would not waive that. He absolutely did not get that with GB. And he wasn’t getting it with Carolina. And no team was getting into a bidding war for Jaylon.

Jaylon stinks.

GB & I'm sure the Panthers weren't coughing up any millions.

I'm sure he probably knew his days as a Cowboy were coming to an end, so why give up any gaurantees?

Because he probably would have received more money from the Cowboys over the next two years than with any other team.

Yhis was about playing time. Jaylon could not stomach sitting on the bench with decreased playing time. Jaylon only saw time because Neal was out.

Yeah apparently he had a lot of interest and for the life of me I can't figure out why.

Yeah, I'm sure they tried real hard when he signed elsewhere for peanuts.
