KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Dallas Cowboys defensive end Anthony Spencer will make his debut today against the Kansas City Chiefs after missing the season opener because of knee surgery on July 25. Spencer practiced only twice with the team leading into the game, sitting out of Thursday’s session as part of a planned day off. George Selvie will start in Spencer’s place as Spencer works his way into shape.
