MOBILE, Ala. -- Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said don't expect the Cowboys to do something extravagant in free agency. Jones said the team is tight against the cap and currently is nearly $25 million over the 2014 cap. The team will get under the cap by March 11, like it always does. However, it doesn't leave much room to sign big money free agents and it most likely will end the Cowboys career of Pro Bowl defensive tackle Jason Hatcher, who becomes a free agent this spring.
