SAN DIEGO -- After a 30-21 loss to the San Diego Chargers, the Cowboys come home in first place in the NFC East, but it doesn't feel like it. We review what we've seen in our weekly Three up and Three Down report. Three Up Tony Romo. The quarterback had the ball for seven snaps in the third quarter and three possessions in the fourth quarter. Romo completed 27 of 37 passes for 244 yards and two touchdowns. It was a solid effort for Romo, who threw one pass away and was victimized by four dropped passes.
