LANDOVER, Md. -- After the Cowboys season-saving 24-23 victory over the Washington Commanders on Sunday we have our weekly Three up and Three down on who played well and who didn't. Three Up Terrance Williams. The rookie receiver finished with two clutch catches on the go-ahead drive, a 15-yarder along the sidelines where he got both feet in-bounds and a 51-yard strike where he took advantage of a defender falling down. Williams finished with four catches for a team-leading 84 yards.
