IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo returned to the practice field Tuesday after sitting out Monday’s workout to rest his surgically repaired back. Romo went through individual drills during the portion of practice open to the media. Romo will not play Thursday against the Denver Broncos, and the Cowboys won't have a full practice again until Saturday as they up their preparation for the Sept. 7 opener against the San Francisco 49ers.
