IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys welcomed Tony Romo back to practice on Thursday, with the quarterback following his normal work week but Rolando McClain, Anthony Hitchens and Jeremy Mincey are not practicing. All three defensive starters, however, were spotted going through some rehab work off to the side during the portion of practice open to the media. McClain and Mincey suffered concussions in the wild-card win against the Detroit Lions, and coach Jason Garrett said both have improved.
