IRVING, Texas -- Despite coming off the bye week, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo will not practice Wednesday, following the same script he has used since Week 2. Romo did not take part in the two brief practices last week before the off week as he continues to recover from two transverse process fractures suffered Oct. 27. Romo missed the Nov. 2 meeting against the Arizona Cardinals but returned to play against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, throwing three touchdowns in the Cowboys' 31-17 win.
