ARLINGTON, Texas -- As a golfer, Tony Romo knows the secret is in the dirt, as Ben Hogan once said of work on the practice range. He knows it’s true as a quarterback, too. Coming out of the preseason Romo talked about some mechanical tweak he made to his throwing motion that he felt would help him greatly when the games became real. He always mentions these kind of adjustments without going on and on about them, but whatever it is, he believes it has helped his accuracy.
