IRVING, Texas -- Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo threw for 45 minutes on Tuesday in the second phase of the Cowboys' voluntary offseason program at Valley Ranch. Romo is recovering from back surgery and is on target to start training camp on time in late July. "He's done an excellent job with his rehab," coach Jason Garrett said. "The procedure went well, he's making progress every day. He's built up from not being able to do much to walking around doing cardio and getting out on the field.
