MOBILE, Ala. -- Dallas Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said quarterback Tony Romo is recovering well from back surgery and is on target for a full recovery. Romo underwent a discectomy on a herniated disc that bothered him in the Week 16 game at Washington. Romo finished the game in pain but was unable to play in the regular-season finale against Philadelphia the next week.
