IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo returned to practice on Thursday but he had to do it at Highland Park High School instead of the Cowboys' Valley Ranch facility. A cold and rainy day forced the Cowboys to move their practice to Highland Park's indoor facility, but right tackle Doug Free (ankle), defensive tackle Nick Hayden (shoulder), linebacker Anthony Hitchens (ankle) and safety C.J.
