OXNARD, Calif. -- As the Cowboys return from an off day, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo will be on the practice field on Tuesday, according to executive vice president Stephen Jones. The Cowboys are being mindful of Romo’s recovery from back surgery and are allowing him to set his schedule for work. Romo sat out the second day of camp to gear up for the first full-padded session.
