IRVING, Texas -- Tony Romo is not practicing on a Wednesday for the fourth straight week as the Dallas Cowboys continue to follow a plan that has allowed the quarterback to play his best football of the season. Linebackers Rolando McClain (groin) and Bruce Carter (quadriceps) are also sitting out of Wednesday’s workout, but the Cowboys had two players added to the injury report in linebacker Cam Lawrence and offensive tackle Jermey Parnell.
