Cowboys center Andre Gurode was back at practice Thursday afternoon at Valley Ranch. Gurode missed practice Wednesday with a sprained right knee. Gurode feels like he'll be able to play Sunday at Kansas City.
Cowboys No. 1 wide receiver Roy Williams was in uniform at practice, but he didn't have pads or his helmet with him, so it looks as if he won't practice again today. We'll know more later when Wade Phillips talks to the media this afternoon. Williams missed practice Wednesday, too, because he injured three ribs at Denver on Sunday. Williams said Wednesday that he hopes to play against Kansas City. As Williams bounced around the locker room Thursday, he said he's feeling better. But until he practices for the first time this week, he's questionable at best for the KC game.
Backup RB Felix Jones also didn't practice again Thursday and remains doubtful for the Kansas City game Sunday. Jones did some rehab work Thursday at Valley Ranch.
Starting safety Gerald Sensabaugh didn't practice again Thursday. He had surgery Monday to repair his broken right thumb.
