ESPN Watkins: Ware, Hamlin take part in walkthrough Practice Report

IRVING -- The Cowboys were not required to file an injury report today however, OLB DeMarcus Ware (strained neck) and S Ken Hamlin (ankle) participated in the walkthrough at Valley Ranch.

TE Martellus Bennett (concussion) did some stuff during the walkthrough and coach Wade Phillips said he looked fine.

FB Deon Anderson (illness) missed the walkthrough. He missed a day of practice last week with an illness.

S Pat Watkins (knee) said he still has some swelling and hopes to return soon, like maybe the last regular season game against the Eagles.

T Marc Colombo (ankle and leg) was scheduled to do some on-the-field rehab work on Tuesday.

I love MartyB... but the guy really needs to get his head in the game and be reliable in the passing game. It was nice for Tony to have Phillips as an outlet because he was right where he needed to be to bail Romo out. Plus, he caught the ball when it came his way.

There is no end to the physical talent Bennett has, but he needs to start putting it all together and become a player Romo can count on.
