IRVING, Texas -- Will McClay, the Cowboys assistant director of player personnel, said he was pleased that Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones gave him and his staff an "A" for the last week's NFL draft, but there is more work to be done. "I think we had a good draft," McClay said Friday. "We put the plan together and the guys went out and did the work so that we could put together a good board and I think we had a good draft." One of the keys to the draft was making sure the coaches and scouts were on the same page regarding prospective draft picks.
