Who is one potential breakout player for each NFC East team in 2013?

Dallas Cowboys: Bruce Carter. I was torn between Carter and Morris Claiborne for this distinction -- and in a way, both already broke out to some degree last season. Carter and Claiborne are fantastic talents, but I do have concerns about how Claiborne, a true man-to-man cornerback at his roots, will be used in Dallas’ new 4-3 scheme, which should feature a lot of Cover 2. On the other hand, Carter is a perfect fit as a Derrick Brooks-style weakside linebacker with his extreme athletic ability to run, hit and make plays in space. Carter is coming off a season-ending elbow injury, but that shouldn’t slow him down in 2013, and he played very well last season before the injury. Expect a lot of big plays from the dynamic Carter.

If he can stay healthy (which he won't), he definitely could be a great player.

Carter and Lee could be the best in the league. Yes, they're just that good.

I think he can, his injury problems aren't reoccurring. Some people are just unlucky, and he fell on his arm weird. It's football and that happens.

His injuries are completely unrelated, I don't know how anyone can use that as evidence that he'll get injured again. I could understand it if he kept hurting the same part like Austin and his hammies

If a player is injured a lot, does it really matter that a different part of his body is the injured part? It may mean that their whole body is injury prone rather than just one part, which is just as bad as a player with a "weak hammy" or other body part prone to injury. I don't see much of a difference in the two if they are consistently missing time due to injury.

Very big difference.
Anyway, if by injured alot you mean 5-6 differcnt injuries in a few years...maybe it would be a bit more like it.
In this case we are talking two unrelated injuries that would have happened to anyone on the planet. They were unrelated to the player specifically.

Light tissue recurring injuring are not the same as injuries that would happen to anyone, anywhere, if they were hit in the same manner.
