IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten and left tackle Tyron Smith were selected to the All-Fundamentals Team by USA Football. For Witten, it is the second time he was named to the All-Fundamentals Team, earning the first honor in 2010. The award goes to players who "employ proper technique, particularly when blocking and tackling, which fosters better on-field performance and inherent safety benefits." According to USA Football, Witten, who caught 73 passes for 851 yards and eight touchdowns in 2013, was honored for his pass-catching form and looking the ball into his hands.
