Kiss of death.

Huh? Skip has spoken up for the cowboys last few years, even in 2009 when cowboys won their first playoff game in 13 years or so.

Skip is right..Dez is going to be a beast..i just can't see any db in the nfc east holding this dude..plus it will not hurt him having a top 10 WR (#19 Miles Austin) opposite him..

Little Skippy tries to jinx our boy. Won't work.;)

I don't get the skip hate. The guy loves the Cowboys. Probably a bigger supporter than many of these forums.

He has taken several shots at the Cowboys through the years. He hated Tex Schramm for some reason. He accused Troy Aikman of being gay and liking young boys. He wrote a book with some anti-Cowboys sentiments as its foundation. Yet he sometimes says postive things about the team. He flip-flops, jumping on and off the bandwagon.

Outside the personal shots against Aikman, he sounds like your average Cowboys fan. When the Cowboys are playing poorly, we here criticism them to, from the coach to the players to Jerry Jones.

Does that mean we're flip-flopping and jumping on and off the bandwagon?

I try to care what Bayless thinks and still find myself unable to.

Better hope so because if there is football I would bet twice a year he will face Asante and Nnamdi with the Eagles. It will be good to be loaded at WR and TE.

We're not required to be professional. Bayless is a journalist (supposedly) who has a history of taking shots at the organization. He's entitled to his opinions, but he also spends a great deal of time on the other end of the spectrum and it has nothing to do with how the Cowboys are performing. One moment he hates them. The next moment he's tooting their horn. He has done this for decades. I'm surprised you're not familiar with it. Fortunately, he is irrelevant.

skip doesnt hate the cowboys he just hated TO
He hated GM Schramm way back in the 70s and 80s. He said good stuff about Tom Landry just to keep from giving Schramm credit. Bayless is insignificant, no doubt, but his shtick started way before Deion.

Please define "professional"?

Besides, Bayless is less of a journalist and more a commentator. He's supposed to give his opinion. And if the topics is about thus and so, then he will comment, whether it's on the field or TO's behind-the-scene antics.

To me, all the topics he discuss are relevant, aside from the personal shots on Aikman.

Professional here means not some fan on a discussion board. He had his own publication once and has written several books. He is indeed considered a journalist. I hold journalists to a higher standard. And his antics concerning the Cowboys pre-date TO by many years.

Edit: And you lost all credibility when you said "To me, all the topics he discuss are relevant.":lmao:

Only people who should be concerned about Dez are all the secondaries of the teams we play. This kid is gonna be the next Fitz.
