i dont hate your list.....but Roy #4 is just silly.....he was punishing hitter for a few years other than that.... not much ...

There is a lot of hate for Roy Williams now, but he was the most feared defensive player in the NFL at one time, and rightfully so.

And I would displace Ellis with either Emmitt (set NFL all-time rushing record during this decade), Woodson (set Dallas all-time tackling record) or Andre Gurode (3 probowls to Ellis' one). Even Coakley had more pro bowls than Ellis.

I like your assessment of Romo, but I think you should give Bledsoe more credit; Witten has made the Pro Bowl every year since 2004; here are his numbers with Bledsoe throwing to him (of course half of his '06 numbers result from Romo):

Can anyone name some candidates at OLB who could be considered better players than him from the last decade?

Brooks is a lock for one of the spots. If the selection committee is consistent, there will be only two spots--one will be Brooks and the other LB will be a pass-rusher. The clear choice among them would seem to be Ware. His numbers are better than Porter, Merriman, Harrison, Suggs, etc

Ware, to me is an easy choice, but this is the Hall of Fame selection committee.
