Establish the running game vs pats

I dont want to see romo throwing 50+ times against the pats. We need to keep the Running game going. Even if it doesnt work early, stay with it. The last thing I want to see is romo comming off a terrible game having to face the best team in football with all the pressure squarly onhis shoulders.

I say Pound the ball, pound the ball and pound the ball...then later on open up the offense with the passing game. it will be interesting how romo bounces back from this game. The kid has heart that's for sure.

We will have to run the ball much better than last night, but we will also have to have a balanced attack against the Pats. We just can't try to get 20+ yards off every pass play. We will have to have patience.

Well the reason Romo threw it 50 times is that he turned it over 6 times and put Dallas in a hole. Passing became a necessity.

IMO, the Cowboys are better off using the passing game to open up the run.

It'll probably be the short passing game vs. the Patriots.

As they say, a short pass is a long handoff. If we have troubles running early, just throw to the backs. New England will probably try to limit us throwing deep and give up the short stuff.
