By reading the articles posted here by Dallas scribes, there is a common theme in most of them "rip Parcells as he leaves town because I didn't have the stones to do it while he was here".

I know there were some rumblings at times as some scribes ripped Parcells this year but I wonder if JJT et al are now stabbing him in the back because he refused to lick their feet for the last four years?

They could never one up Bill in a press conference so now they rip him when he cannot respond.

Et tu Brute indeed.

Pretty much. BP left us with a much better team and scouting group then when he got here. That is what matters.

I am sure that has something to do with the bitterness the media feels for BP. I already miss his press conference's. There will never be another one quite like the Tuna when it comes to handling the media. Wonder if Jones can hire him strictly to do the daily pc's??? :D

it does seem like some of the locals are really unloading on Parcells now...JJT has really been hard on him

it's what Julius Ceaser uttered to Brutus while being stabbed, Brutus was Ceaser's confidante, but lured him into an assasination

The media and the Tuna are like oil and water. I'll bet Romo's depression took a down turn. :banghead:

A word to the wise, Kid, - those who can spell and speak properly will always have an advantage over those who cannot. Develop your mind, in the long haul it's your only real weapon as you face the world alone.

Good luck to you.

An old fart who knows the difference. :)

You know it kinda reminds me of when QC was cut. The venom that the media displayed was sad to tell the truth. It seems all their personal biases came out and were put on display.

I honestly don't like reading that kinda stuff in the paper. I've skipped over several articles because I pretty much knew were they were going to say.

It Latin for "You too Brutus?"

To take it a step further, it is said to be what Julius Ceaser said as his last words upon discovering that Brutus "his childhood friend and confidant" was amoung those who stabbed him to death.

Actually I think they were Shakespeare's words from Julius Caesar, not sure if Caesar said it in fact.

Very Good point.
