Pretty cool story. The guy gets a face tattoo ("Laugh now, cry later") while working at a Toys-R-Us in 2011 as an incentive to never have to work a regular job again. Three years later, he beats out Michael Sam and makes an NFL roster.

Also...is that a Cowboys star on his neck you think, or just something very similar?
