Out of all the cbs he seemed really on the ball and sharp and a good tackler. At least for the first game.Any thoughts?

Wow, really?

I didn't even notice him let alone hear his name.

I can't say that I noticed him too much. Maybe he had his guy covered so well that they didn't throw his way so he didn't get noticed. Maybe kinda like why Newman didn't go to the Pro Bowl for so many years when he was one of the best cover corners in the league.

I agree that Ball was Not on the Ball last night. He missed some tackles and allowed some catches that I thought he sould have broken up or had better coverage on.

He's been one of the great surprises so far.

I only noticed him when he got beat. Looked better than Ball though, that's for sure.

Henry looked the sharpest of all the corners last night. Followed by Jenkins, then Scandrick.

Pacman & Ball were having a rough go. Oglesby & Brown were near invisible, as in nowhere near the ball.

Watkins did not look great either, but at least he was getting to the ballcarrier & helping on tackles.

Adam Jones looked like crap out there. The rust on this guy must be thicker than we thought. I hope he gets back to form but last night was not encouraging.

I thought Jenkins looked pretty solid. He should have had that INT on that PD but slipped on his break. Was a very nice play against the San Diegos first team O.

I liked what Scandrick was doing. I like this kid, I think he is going to be good. He just needs more time.

I think all those matchups between TO & Pacman caused most of us to think he was much further along then we thought. In a real game, he had to contend with the refs, opponents efforts to confuse him, different coverages, etc. He'll get better but it will take more time then we fans lead ourselves to believe after his play in TC. Cowboys have believed all along that it will be several games into the regular season before he is there as a CB where we want him to be. I do think he get a lot more snaps as the return man in remaining preseason games.

I honestly didn't see the game, but I have thought all along that pac would be best utilized in the slot: I mean you guys never thought he'd be split wide on Burress or Philly's big WR's, etc....did you? IN my mind he's a slot CB, I.E. nickel back that can jam and run with smurfs like Randle-El of the foreskins, Smith of the Giants, etc....just a thought, but I really think that's how you'll see him used. He has physical limitations to playing out wide against big WRs IMO.
