Will Jerruh be willing to make it clear that there is no end run around him? That as regards players and all that goes with it its Red Ball with no appeal to Jerruh?
That seems to me to be the only way the atmosphere changes. Hoss claims that Red Ball is detail oriented and much more of a disciplinarian than Wade is- which is his biggest failings as a head coach. If that is true the real question is will Jerruh give him the necessary power to get it done?

I see Jerry as being flexible within the confines of his spacious personality. Having said that I'm not sure what it means. I don't know if Jerry can get out of his own way.

I just cannot believe that Jerruh can stay out of things. BP was the only one that did it and apparently that torqued Jerruh so much he swore he would never give another coach that much power again.

Good luck selling Garrett to me and most other Cowboys fans. Is it possible for Pacquiao fights to draw more than the Cowboys?

That's what may happen if Garrett is named HC.

uno, that has been around for a while. Second and third hand of course, but it has been talked about enough - and it fits jerruh- so I believe it. He really did hate giving BP more power than any coach had had since Jimmy. You do know that right?

Im sorry to say that Hos is incorrect. How can you say that Garrett is detail oriented and a disciplinarian when we are the most penalized offense in football? And when Garrett becomes coach he is automatically gonna change?

I doubt it. Garrett has been a stubborn playcaller for the last 3 years. He won't change. There are no signs of him changing. Garrett will do what he has always does and that is to rely on drawn out schemes and theories that don't work on the field.

He is also lifeless and shows no emotion. When there is a penalty I don't see him chewing on people's butts. No. All he does is look at his play sheets as though its an investment prospectus from wall street.

Garrett is not a disciplinarian or a detail oriented person. There are no signs of that showing that he ever was.

But what Garrett is all about is getting a free ride. He has neither the coaching credentials or the experience to be where he is at. None whatsoever.

So if you think Garrett will change anything with this team. Guess again. If he was such a good disciplinarian or someone who pays attention to details, why are we in this position with our offense?

Then winning a sb is not as important to him as he claims then. He is misleading his fanbase and is a fraud.

He doesn't have to sell him. Anyone is better than Wade at this point.

Are you freaking kidding me? He runs the single most penalized unit in the ENTIRE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE! Does that sound like a disciplinarian to you? This whole thing has gone beyond stupid. Can his *** like deserves to be canned. If he TRULY has the run of the offense as has been reported, he's just as much of a disappointment as ANY other coach or player in this entire organization.

With all due respect to Hos, Garret is a JOKE! JOKE! JOKE!

Anybody who watched the last series of the first half and thinks Garrett is the guy needs to have their head examined

The very idea of hiring Garrett is outright stupid, unless you think wasting the last few years of Romo's prime is a good thing. Fact is, he's been here 4 years and the last 3 years, the offense has monumentally underachieved. There's no "see what he can do" that will have any relevance over the last half of the season.

Why? Even the 90s team couldn't get 4th and a foot on two tries with Emmitt Smith behind them, with a better offensive line, against a better defense.

That just tells me the offensive line failed.

There are worse calls Garrett has made than two simple runs with a foot to go.

That series was just another example of the consistent, systematic failure that is Jason Garrett's playcalling and personel decisions

Not really. It was two straight runs for somewhat over a foot.

There are much worse examples. That wasn't one of them.
