We will be fine.

Look at San Diego. They lost both their OC and DC last year no to mention their Head Coach and they are in the AFC championship game. And this with Norv at the helm.

I think we have the core of a better team and I like Phillips better than Norv at this point. He proved he was a very good HC.

I am not worried although I would love to keep Garrett.

Sparano was the Oline coach. Maybe since Larry Allen has retired he might want the job. :D

I didnt think about San Diego, I can see some similarities. It seems like Bowles and Pasqualani are leaving for MIA with Sparano so there will be more positions to fill. It would be very nice if Garrett would stay I think it would benefit our team and his career to be a future head coach.

Hopefully in Wade Phillips 2nd year he can bring in coaches that can better implement his style of the 34D. Lets not forget that this was his first year and the first year on both sides of the ball with new systems.

The Chargers had and have a slightly better D than us, especially in the secondary. But otherwise I agree that the teams and situations are comparable.
