Ever been red-hot pissed at work before?

I work at General Dynamics doing financial stuff for the company...

one thing specifically in this case, there's a MONSTROUS spreadsheet with a ton of formulas/data that I maintain for all of our programs/projects that I use to present to the project managers and the GM for our program/project reviews monthly

Well, in this chain of effort, I am the last link. The data comes to me and I analyze it and update it. Lately, our ****ing project managers have been getting their data to us last minute... as in, a few minutes before their reviews that I'm supposed to supply the data for and be present at

so I had two of those reviews this morning and I walked in 15 minutes late to these reviews (and stayed 3 hours after 5pm last night working on their crap because they don't care about anything except 5pm for themselves) because of this **** and I was questioned by the GM as to why

I told him why (the ******* pm's don't get their stuff in on time and I'm left with my *** hanging in the breeze)

he has given me full power to "get on their ***" now, which I will be happy to do

still doesn't change the fact that I am more pissed than I've been in a long time right now

I have a similar position with an electrical utility. So I feel your pain on that one.

You're a lot nicer than I am if you waited until you were asked by your GM about the problem. After the second time something like that happens I talk to the PMs superior.

Many times! When I worked in Corporate America, I would always bring my gym bag with me so that I could channel my aggressions into something constructive.

I ran a nail gun framing houses for a guy back in the late '80s early '90s and my last day ended with me and my boss in a fist fight, so I'd have to say yeah I've been red hot pissed at work before.

Dam my work is my hobby I love computers and tinkering with them. I happen to do computers for a living. The headaches and all nothing feels as exhilarating then having a system down and everyone is beating on you because it is a crisis and it has to be fixed and you some how manage to fix the issue.

I live for those moments

Hehe I actually helped out defend you guys before. I was late night shopping about 3 of us in a Kroger and I here this women yelling at this young assistant manager (looked to be college age kid) he was being polite and trying to help the women and explain the issue she keep screaming trying to get her way basically.

As they walked by I go she is a real ***** ? He said yes sir and kept walking with her bringing up the rear. I grab my last few things and the lady is in line still screaming and yelling at those guys about milk and stuff. She was using the Government food milk card (food stamp stuff) and the lady was mad because she could not get a more expensive brand of milk then was allowed the manager was explaining it to her and even took her back and helped her out the whole time being polite and nice about it she was just being unreasonable and treating them like crap for no reason but to try and get her way.

When I got up in line I said it so loud everyone could here it that does do give you a right to be an ***. She turn red and started stumbling about her words but this and that and I said even louder that still does not give you a right to be an ***. She turned finished up and left the store embarrassed.

The store people had to keep from laughing.

Oh man, I was a cashier at Wal-Mart. I got into so many arguments about food stamps.

One of the worst times was this guy complaining about not finding rib eyes. Blah blah blah wal-mart sucks. Tried to calm him down and apoligize and explain that I can't leave the register to show him where they are at. He demands to call a manager, so I call the manager, the manager comes and just says **** and pays for what he had. The very next lady in line purchased 3 rib eyes and said there was plenty and big display
