I agree, I hope he turns out to be a HOF player. If the Bengals jersey's weren't so disgusting, his jersey would be a jersey I wouldnt mind sportin around other than the blue and silver.

Sorry, but as a die-hard Cowboys fan, I could never do such a shameful act. Shame on you! I liked Roy. Yet he failed here in Dallas. The Cowboys hung onto Roy as long as they could, hoping he'd turn the corner and become the player he was his first couple of seasons in the NFL. But he became a liability, and the writing was on the wall.

I wish Roy well, but I won't miss the blown assignments, missed tackles, and all of the excuses. And I sure as hell wouldn't buy a jersey of another team regardless of the former player.

It's about the Dallas Cowboys. Nothing more. Nothing less.

In my book, Roy Williams had one of the best Rookie seasons ever by a Cowboy...

"POINT BLANK", kinda reminds me of posters on this board right before a big loss who say "BOOK IT!". :D

I've never seen a player go from being so good to so bad in such a short amount of time especially at his age.

not really, you just don't remember how it all went down.

and he wasn't so bad, he went from being all world ridiculously good to being pretty darn good.

of course in between there he was asked to do a hell of a lot in coverage until we actually had a FS that could play.

every year it seemed they were trying to redefine his role in the defense, and in all that fans started piling on the guy. He went from being loved to being hated, and I know that had to wear on the guy. Especially considering how hard he played for us, and how amazing he was for a little while.

Then last year, he got busted up, then came back too soon and got busted up again.

And oh by the way fans were questioning his heart, when the guy got injured making a tackle on special teams. Ya he didn't care at all, he didn't want to help the team at all, all the stars play special teams these days.

You, just like a lot of others, completely abandoned him when he didn't turn out to be the second coming if singletary.

That was you that put unrealistic expectations on the guy. But regardless he was still a beast against the run, and he wasn't nearly the deer in the headlights guys like you pretend he was in coverage.

Like I said, fans turned on him, and I hope he proves you all wrong.

GO ROY!!!!

Then go buy a Roy Williams, Bungles jersey so we can get back to the players that actually play for the Dallas Cowboys. :p:

Williams I could ask 30 TE's and offensive coordinators and most of them would say no you can't.

Santana Moss and many more WR's wouldn't agree with you either.

Beuhler's my bodyguard

you can forfeit your life if you feel like it

I'm probably gonna get lambasted for this, but who the heck is Buehler? One of our less recognizable players? Rookie free agent?

A couple months ago some NFL player was twittering that he jumped out of a 3 foot swimming pool, buehler just laughed and jumped out of the middle of the atlantic.

I hope he lands in time for training camp.

Ok...much as I liked Roy I'd like to know exactly what he's talking about covering because it sure wasnt any receivers or Tight ends in the last few years.
