Both of the dead men had asked that he be locked up because of his violent temper... the judge refused...

This blood is on his hands...

Are these the murders that were being speculated by the media as being some organized gang execution thing?

You can't throw someone in jail for just having a violent temper. You need actual reasons or results of that violent behavior to warrant jail time. Did any of that exist? I don't know enough about this guys history to know that answer. I do know he was accused of theft. That could have landed him in jail instead of probation. And even if he got some jail time for that it probably would not have been a major sentence. Maybe a year or so. I don't think that would have prevented the murders. It probably would have only delayed them.

He was stealing county property while he served as a JP for the county. Jail time was an option, but probation was given instead...

I understand that part. I just don't see how the violent temper portion matters. Unless his temper was actually manifesting itself into harming people that wouldn't have been a factor of whether he got jail time for his thefts. And like I said, even if they had given him jail time, these murders could have still happened or happened at a later date when he eventually got out of jail. His wife would have still been running around free.

The Biebs only hoped she would of been a fan of his.

Way safer bet she'd of preferred this guy:

Matisyahu is infinitely better than anything Beiber will ever do, and that song is fantastic, though the way he sings it on Letterman is pretty crap compared to the regular version =(
