Those are burning my shoulders out. I'm about to hit the gym.

try knee pushups then till you build up strength in your shoulders
I'll only go to the gym just to show off :)

I was actually thinking about getting or making a set of those. They'd be a terrific compliment to the P90x workouts. There are several workouts where push ups and pull ups are the main staples.

yeah, pushups are the ultimate workout
beats lifting weights

It's a workout system in DVD format....and it's likely the best workout you'll find outside of joining the military, becoming a mma fighter/wrestler, or hiring an extremely expensive personal trainer. IMO, of course.

This is the perfect answer.

Massive informercial workout campaign going on.

yeah they are hitting it hard with the informecials and such, as any product would, the difference being that if you're willing to actually do it, follow the program, and aren't afraid to actually work hard then this one actually *GASP* works.

It's not for everyone though. For people hoping they can have a 'magic pill' or a 'Ill work hard once in a while' attitude then this certainly won't work for them, nor will any other program.

It works...if you actually do it. How they sell it is unimportant.

Agreed. If you're actually willing to work hard and do it then it works with amazing results.

A con job. :)

:)

I'm sure it is...for those who were looking to sit on their couch, watch the DVDs, and thought that they'd burn fat that way.
