He should be given the Jon Gruden contract of 10+ years.

If Garrett's job wasn't on the line, we wouldn't be in the playoffs. He wouldn't go for it on 4th down as much. The changes to the o-line wouldn't have been made.

It was stupid for Oakland to give Gruden a 10 yr contract. It would be the height of lunacy to give Garrett a 10 yr contract just because that's what Gruden got.
