With as high as WRs are getting paid now would it be smart to lock him up long term through his late 20s at least so we're not stuck paying full market value for him then especially considering he's the long term #2 outside WR across from Cooper, but a great one at that?

He's the long term starting WR2. Likely to avg 800-1100 a year and be a bigtime deep TD threat. That stutter step double move is already among the very best in the NFL.
