I looked for this video on YouTube but couldn't find it.
It's on ebaumsworld and is titled, "Permission to Buzz the Tower".
I saw it a while back but this is a much cooler video of it given the still shot and the Top Gun dubbing.
This plane cannot be any more than 4 feet off the ground at it's lowest point. Incredible.
