I have been out of the loop for a whaile, but I have a question.

I took a flight from Jacksonville, to Dallas last night that was delayed in Jax. There was this huge black guy wearing sweats, sunglasses and a cap down over his eyes, who was also waiting for the same flight. He seemed very uncomfortable and to himself. When we finally left I noticed he was in first class and when we landed in Dallas, there was a limo driver waiting for him in the baggage area.

Is there any players from the Jax area that may be a free agent, that this team may have an interest in?

This guy had huge shoulders, looked like a ball player, and was about 6'2-6'3. Just a little taller than me, (I'm 6'1).

Just wondering, I noticed that a labor agreement was reached while watching CNN at the airport and waiting for my flight.

I'm gonna take the off ramp and go

Expert's Take
Cooper has very good size and good upper-body strength. He uses his hands well in block protection and shows he has decent foot quickness. He is very smooth in his backpedal and has very little wasted motion in his transition. He has a good plant and drive out of his pedal and goes aggressively to the ball. He is comfortable coming into the box in run support and shows he has good play recognition. He plays with good overall instincts. He is not a bone-crushing tackler but is a good strong tackler who wraps up with his arms. He has the speed to match up with tight ends and some backs, but would be overmatched versus most slot receivers. His speed is adequate but not great.
He does not show the ability to go to a second gear, although he has the range to play over the top in a Cover 2 scheme. He has good anticipation and plays within his capabilities. He takes good angles to the ball in pursuit and plays with good intensity. He has very good hands and has good ball skills. He is a very productive player on special teams and his biggest deficiency would be his inability to match up one-on-one with skilled receivers all over the field.

thats what we should do have zoners stake out airports in major FA cities, :laugh2: :laugh1: this is getting crazy lol

Yeah, I saw him and thought he would be a safety we would look at, but I didn't know if he was a Free Agent. Apparently he is...

Good idea, but wouldn't that be tampering?
My response to the principal. Everybody else is doing it.. :p:

Well since we're just speculating:

I look at it like this, he's unrestricted and alot of these guys already had visits set up each time it was pushed back. So I'm sure the league has a blind eye on this kinda stuff right now...

He and any other pending FA are fair game...

This kind of speculation never fails every off-season. Somebody sees somebody in Dallas. Yet, these predictions never seem to be right.

Just like the one about Brunell shopping for houses here a couple of years ago. Some liar person here swore up and down that she had personal knowledge that he was doing it. A week later he is signed in Washington. I don't think she posts here anymore.

Just had a scary thought... A guy from Ocala, FL, who played college ball in Florida, and is supposedly going through a rehab program in Florida... Daunte Culpepper.
