Hitchens could have been called for illegal contact. But his contact was minimal and did not, in the officials view, warrant a flag.
Pettigrew could have also been flagged since he grabbed Hitchens facemask. Again, not enough to warrant a flag.
Let 'em play. Watch the Thanksgiving game and tell me Bryant didn't get molested on every play.
