I love the 13-3 season and all but this team clearly lost some focus down the stretch. Here we sit yet again looking straight into the eyes of a one & done after another December slide. Wade is not the answer. So who is? I really don't know. Perhaps Garrett needs to get his shot now. We need an infusion of something because Wade's track record in the playoffs is killing my eardrums right now.

Otherwise, it was a great season and I really enjoyed experiencing it alongside the fellow zoners. Many a week were spent juggling the TV and the Zone Chat. Here's to a handful of improvements in the off-season and a dominant season next year.

Wade didn't do a very good job of maintaining the edge/focus that a team needs to make a serious run at a Superbowl title...

Wade did a terrible job for this game. Stewart (DC) gets to share in the shame of worst coach of the playoffs. They did for Dallas what they did for the Chargers last year ---- CHOKE.

Well Wade has been around and his post season record speaks for itself. The guy is too soft.

I'm not sure how you can even fathom putting this one on Romo. Sure, he was on my nerves when he forgot how to throw the ball away with guys hanging all over him but remembered how to throw it away and draw an intentional grounding penalty when it seemed he had all the time in the world. That said, the offensive line play today was atrocious. The run blocking was ok, though it must be noted MB3 did a lot of freelancing behind the line today to get those yards. The pass blocking was pretty much non existent in the 2nd half. I'm not sure how you can put this on Romo. The team as a whole exhibited a lack of focus over the past few weeks. The verdict is in. Wade is not the answer.

I wouldn't go as far as what Balkis is saying, but Romo needs to smarten up, he's still making the stupid decisions w/ the ball that killed him last year

Romo played well enough to win, to be honest. If the WR's caught those balls and the OL protected him better, we'd win the game hands down.

I dunno, Romo+playoff game= choke, this makes 2 years in a row that he was directly connected to the last play of the game and subsequent loss (last year bobled the hold on the FG attempt, today int.)

I agree. Some of that has to be coaching. It has got to be drilled into his head that in certain situation you get rid of the ball. The Oline was zero help today though and some of those drops were HUGE.

Still? or this game?
Tony played as well as the best QBs in the league for most of the season, he screwed the pooch this game, but it is just one game. Sucks he didn't show up in a game this big though, but honestly other than Barber, most guys didn't.

he threw a league-high 19 INTs this year

he fumbled, like what, 7 times this year too?

he forces throws, he doesn't protect the ball, he still waits too long, today was probably just magnified w/ the 2 bone-headed sacks he took and the IGrounding, but dude needs to smarten up

The int was on 4th down with 10 seconds left, he had no choice but to just throw it in the zone and hope somebody catches it.

Throwing ints that are returned for TDs is what choking is.
