Failure balls...

just a weird night of strange bounces. tipped passed going complete for NY... off Witten's foot for a INT.

You play a good team and don't get the breaks and you lose. All there is to it.

Scandrick was terrible tonight. Smith abused him. And Hamlin ugh the guy just isn't that good.

GOING TO BED....suggest all of you do too.....it'll really suck when Payton gets the saints to the Super Bowl....coulda/shoulda had him too...........thanks JJ..................keep on keepin' on...........

Said it before, Jerry wouldn't hire Singletary because he wouldn't tell Jerry what he wanted to hear.

How's that looking now?

Wouldn't even interview Rex Ryan.

Both are young, firey, hard-nosed coaches who woulda instilled some intensity in this team.

Great call Jerry! Let the ego get in the way again.

How's that puppet coach working out for you?

AND HERE IT IS. This is it folks. This is THE PROBLEM. What can you do about it though?

There could be a movement of people that call for their heads and they say that they won't go to a game until changes are made. It won't happen, I'm just saying.

Jerry listens to the people.....he does whether we know it or not....he fans are what generate his money.

Also, the Giants are a really good team with an OL that makes CBs look like crap.

Uh, where to start?

Romo. Thanks "Tin Cup."
Wade. Nice defense, and way to the team fired up, again.
Newman. Toast.
Scandrick. Can't tackle.
DL. No rush EVER.
Spencer/Ware....basically invisible.
FLozell. 'Nuther momentum killing penalty.
Hamlin. TERRIBLE on deep support.

Garrett. Failure to recognize what works and what doesn't or failure to make the right adjustments! :bang2:

that stupid ****ing penalty changed the game
You could indeed argue that, but there were a lot of other plays that could fall under that category.

Namely the one three plays later. Even if Adams didn't commit that penalty, the interception three plays later still would have given the Giants possession. And with longer to drive for a TD, they likely would have used up more than 35 seconds, probably leaving us without enough time to drive for a field goal. So we might have been behind 20-14 at halftime instead of 20-17. Or maybe 16-14 if we somehow kept them out of the end zone.

Either way, the interception was FAR more important than Adams' penalty. As was the first interception. And the third one. And Felix's fumble. And about 10 plays we didn't make on defense.

I think the Oline was one of the bright spots and directly related to strong run game as well as no sacks on Romo. How we can't get TE's and WR's open against that depleted AND dinged up Secondary, I don't understand, but whatever.

IMHO Flo played well. He didn't give up a sack and on the play he took the penalty he tried to prevent his QB getting killed. Tuck is a darn good player, so is Osi. They didn't do much other than that play from what I saw. Yes, Flo was off balance after his "chip" and Tuck got inside, but rather take the penalty than have Romo get killed.

Anyway, Romo made more mistakes than Flo, and how a team that kept TE and RB in to block most of the time, how they can get their WR's open like that all day blows my mind too. What was our scheme out there for DB's?

Bit depressed.
