The Falcons have made a contract offer to free agent K Billy Cundiff.

Things are really heating up on the Cundiff front right now. He's also believed to be weighing a contract offer from the New York Giants.

The Falcons are expected to turn their efforts to signing free agent K John Carney if they can't land Billy Cundiff.

Carney has experience kicking in a dome and knows the division well. It's possible Aaron Elling could then remain in Atlanta as a kickoff specialist.
