The whining in here is ridiculous.

I guess if the Eagles somehow pull it off, all the "see you next year guys" will turn into "I NEVER LOST HOPE"? Seriously guys, the bit about "any given Sunday is true". A few things go your way and all of a sudden you get a landslide win. Its just how the NFL works.

I guarantee the Eagles won't give up and die like Atlanta did.

True and True.

Michael Vick can be one of the scariest players to face for a single game. He can single handedly take over.

However, to count on Vick game in and game out is ludicrous. He is no where near an elite QB.

It seems that even the media is finally realizing something that I have been saying for about 5 years....

Vick is NOT a good QB. He is marginal AT BEST. He is very talented when he is running due to the defense all running backwards and by the time they realize that he is coning at them, it's too late. He creates some problems that defenses have to account for, but when you don't have to worry about the QB beating you, you can just shut down the run and you can beat them. Just look at their losses....look at today. The Panthers have shut the run down....24 total yards rushing for the Falcons.

It's been how long that he's been in the NFL? 5 years. Yet, it is as though he has learned nothing in that time. He also has yet to complete a season.

this is what we have to deal with when the Boys put their playoff hopes in the hands of teams with nothing to play for. we should probably expect much of the same from the Eagles. oh well...it's not like we didn't have our chances

Just pathetic! Shouldn't be suprised a team that's never had two winning seasons in a row.

This also ticks me off even though he isn't playing d.hall for atlanta took s.smith out last night per announcers.This is everything wrong with sports today nobody hates each other.
