The time has come to do the right thing and let a new regime begin in Dallas. A soft HC that allows the owner to pick and choose his coordinators is not fit to run things on the most high profile team in the world.

Ride into the sunset and we'll try to forget you were ever HC of our beloved Cowboys.

I don't think there's any way Wade stays if Garrett leaves.

:hammer: ...except I would go a little further by saying that should be true of any team.

Problem is, that's the job description the GM wrote - Wade is the perfect fit for Jerreh. He's a good ole boy Southern Dummy drinking buddy plays the rum jug in the school band pal around puppet Jerry wants.

Falling on your sword is something a proud person does. Not sure Wade has that in him - see the first paragraph. If he did, he likely wouldn't have taken the job in the first place.

But, if he does, I'd love to see him do it. Of course, Wade doesn't have a sword, but it does look like he could fall on his:

chocolate eclair
breadstick
Slim Jim
licorice rope
ice cream cone
pixie stick
stack of cheddar fries

Any will do.
